This is an excellent site from Finland (in English) for anyone needing to go on a special diet; i.e.: Cholesterol-free, Fat-free, Vegetarian, etc. Select the diet plan, and it will list the foods you can eat. It's also the best, easily understandable Nutrient Information of foods, that I've ever seen.
