Living Room Paint Color Advice?

I have a terracotta tannish settee, with dark traditional furniture and wooden oak floors. What colour do I paint my walls? The room is not large.

I feel like a light version of the primary colours (red, blue, or yellow) would work really well with this setup. Examples of what I envision are:

light red - www.colorcombos.com/.../FFCCCB.png

light yellow - www.freejupiter.com/.../9-Cream-600x360.png

Light colors make a room look larger. I would go with a light cream.
