Living with Kyphosis?

I have severe kyphosis (hunchback.) Any tips for dealing with this disability?

If it's an inborn symptom, I guess only operation could help but it's very dangerous. If it was caused by your work or there are other causes, you can slowly recover from it. Try to do some stretch to get the back muscle working for you.
