Homemade Dishwasher Detergent
I never buy dishwasher soap anymore. I buy a large box of 20 mule team borax, a large baking soda, and a large bottle of white vinegar. I keep them on hand just for dishwasher soap.

Refilling Glade Plug-ins
I've read the recipe for refilling reed diffusers. My question is, does anyone know if you can use this same recipe for refilling the bottles for plug-in air fresheners, or does anyone have a recipe?

Make Your Own Air Fresheners
I had bought a type of room freshener and found I can make them for much less than the $10.00 that I paid! I went to garden shop and bought 'SoilMoist', which are granules which retain moisture when planting. I used empty candle jars which had tight fitting covers.

Flower Pot Air Fresheners
Make some cute, all-natural flower pot air fresheners! First, stop any holes in the bottom of the pots with tape. Fill them with baking soda and mix in about 10 drops or so of your favorite essential oil.
