My best friend is turning 15 on February 29th. I want to make her a creative present. I'm trying to think of ideas, but my mind is blank. Can anyone help me? :)

For my friend one year I made her a "sponge cake". How I made it was I bought 3 kitchen sponges... just plain ones. Next I trimmed around the edges, so I now have three circles. Then I put icing on them like I was decorating a real cake. I added sprinkles and other small candies. I gave it to my friend, who thought it was real. We just laugh about it, cause at the time she was trying to lose weight. She thanked me. With best friends we pull jokes on each other and then just laugh about it.
