This project uses different inks and cotton to create a wonderful galaxy jar!
Total Time: 15 minutes
Supplies:
- 1 glass jar
- cotton
- 2 different inks
- water
- (glitter optional)
Steps:
- Add a thick layer of cotton wool to the base of the jar. Now sprinkle some water and some blue ink on this. The cotton will immediately take up the colour.
- Next apply another layer of cotton, but this time add pink coloured ink and some water.
- Repeat this process until the whole jar is covered in layers of pink and blue. If you want you can even add glitter in the middle, that will give a perfect galaxy look! I hope you make this and like it. Make sure to use a slightly strong red/pink dye because the blue colour is really overpowering.
