My niece gave me an extra bread machine she has as mine broke. The book for the Welbilt ABM1L23 does not say if you are able to make just dough in the dual pan machine. Can anyone tell me if this is possible?

This is a very old thread, fingers crossed here: I'm considering buying the Welbilt dual loaf machine... I just ground up the paddle of my 20 year old Welbilt bread maker in the garbage disposal :( Were you able to determine if there is a setting to make pizza dough?
I would post this as a new question so you get a timely answer. This archive is from 2010 so there is a good chance that the member will never see it.
I am considering buying this model as well but I only want to use it for pizza dough too. Did you ever find out if you can make pizza dough in it?

It doesnt have a dough cycle but on page 14 it gives you the timing of each stage in the process. You can stop the machine right before it goes to the baking part.
