This is a way to make a fireplace prop. You can put anything in it such as toys or a surprise!
Supplies:
- container
- masking tape
- red spray paint
- measuring tape
- marker
Steps:
- Gather your supplies. Clean the container if necessary before applying tape and the spray paint.
- Depending on the size of the container, use the measuring tape and marker to equally mark the spaces of the bricks and divisions.
- After measuring, apply the masking tape slowly all around and repeat. If it is a round container you will have to bend the tape slightly when turning in order to make a complete and even circle. For the divisions it is easiest to tear at once all the same size tape.You will continually form a "T" or "football goal post" whichever image helps more.
- Spray paint with nice smooth strokes until complete. Wait a couple minutes for it to fully dry. Remove the masking tape slowly. For any spots use a rag to wipe off. Finally place where you want it, fill it, and enjoy ! :)
