Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix
• 1 can tomato sauce (8oz.)
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. mustard
• 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:

Combine all meat loaf ingredients and shape into loaf. Place in baking dish. Then combine topping ingredients and spread over loaf. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree F oven. Pour excess grease off before serving.
