It is easy to find crafts or creative endeavors for women, but what about men?

I don't really understand what you mean by saying that. The crafts I do are things like making furniture without the use of electric modern tools, Remodeling the house, Organizing my garage with every tool hanging on the tool wall, sharpening my shovels, chisels, knifes, axes or just making something out of nothing for just plain fun.

Right now I'm getting in the mood to start making another piece of furniture. The last thing I made was a very unique little folding side table. That was out of Red Oak. I think I will make another one like that but maybe larger. That was fun and turned out fantastically beautiful. I never knew those were considered as crafts for women.

Why don't you start building wind things? Like a windjig? I have made several different types of aircraft from wood. They are about three to three and one half foot wing length. There is one of the air bus and that is four foot across. They are painted, sealed with a clear exterior gloss and then hung way up into my tree. It's fun to watch them flying around the yard when there is a breeze and every person who walks by the house loves them and asks about them.

I also have a Stealth Black Bird but he is grounded until he gets a new coat of paint and sealer. Is that referred to a a man's craft? Are there blue tools for the men also? Pink for the women I suppose. To me that is an insult. Just do what you like doing and then it will be a mans craft!

I too am not sure by what you mean as crafts, if you are talking about a certain type. My husband likes to make bird houses. They can be made out of anything, wood cut to size, old auto license plates, twigs nailed together as a 'log house' type bird house, etc. They can be painted, stained, or left natural.

We bought one once that a friend made; it looked like a little hunting camp. She had made small benches, wooden guns, glued a plastic dog on the 'porch', made a wooden railing for the porch, a small 'bale of hay' out of pine needles, etc.
Hope you find something that your hubby likes to do!
