Yield: 1 glass
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 pieces fresh turmeric
- Heat your water.
- In a glass cup, add chia seeds. When the water has boiled, pour hot water into the glass cup with the chia seeds and stir for a few minutes.
- Once the chia seeds expand, add 4 thinly sliced turmeric pieces and honey. Stir until honey dissolves.
- Ready to drink and enjoy!
