Mother's Day Hat Cake
Bake a round cake and the other half of mix in a round oven safe bowl. Frost the round layer place the bowl shaped layer on top and frost. Flatten each gummie with rolling pin.

Strawberry Party Punch
In large bowl, combine strawberries and sugar; mix well. Stir in 1 quart of the strawberry soda; let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Stir in concentrate; refrigerate until ready to serve.

Asparagus Tomato Quiche
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer bottom of a glass baking dish with asparagus. (I use frozen asparagus). Blend the remaining ingredients except for the tomatoes, in a blender on high speed for 60 seconds.

Baked Peach French Toast
Spread cream cheese over both sides of bread slices. Place bread in 9x13 inch baking pan. Prick bread slices several times. Top with peach slices, sprinkle nuts over peaches.

Savory Vegetable Mini Quiches
On lightly floured surface, roll each pie crust into a 12x10 inch rectangle. Cut twelve (3 inch) circles from each rectangle. Press each circle into mini-muffin cup.

Easy Quiche Lorraine
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bake pastry shell 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. Reserve 2 Tbsp. bacon.

Pineapple-Raspberry Breakfast Parfaits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On baking sheet, spread almonds in single layer. Bake 7-10 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently; set aside.

Mini Quiches
These take a couple of hours to cook the ingredients and assemble. They are just as good the next day. The ingredients below are a suggestion, everything is optional except for milk, cheese and eggs. However, if you follow the below recipe, they will be delicious! This recipe makes 36 bite sized quiches.
