Murray Riding Mower Won't Start?

My Murray riding mower turns over, but will not start. I have spark and it seems to be getting fuel. I poured fuel into the carb and it still would not start. Any suggestions?

There is a switch under the seat that detects if someone is sitting on it. The machine won't start if there is no one on it, a safety feature. Yours may be broken or disabled
