Mushroom and Almond Rice
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 cup wild rice, uncooked
In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine all of the ingredients together. Simmer, covered, until all of the liquid is absorbed by the rice, about 25-30 minutes.
