Nail Polish Remover Damage on Pine Bedside Table?

Do you really like this table? Is it a match to your other bedroom furniture? I only ask these questions because the answers will determine how much trouble and expense you wish to do.

Is the table very simple - or lots of detail?
if it has a lot of curves/sharp edges then my suggestion may not work. My daughter found a nice end table (with a drawer) that had stains but she liked it anyway. She purchased a roll of stick-on shelf liner at Walmart (other stores carry it) that had a design of cascading English Ivy. She cut out pieces and placed over the stain on top and then set a cascade trailing down the front over the drawer front. It was easy and turned out great - everyone that sees it wants to know how she did it.
There are all kinds of designs to choose from but this can only be a solution if it suits you.
