First, dab acetone (or a non-oily fingernail polish remover) on an inconspicuous area of the leather to test for colorfastness and to make sure no damage occurs. If there's no damage sponge the stained area with the acetone (or polish remover) until no more color is being removed. If acetone damages the surface, use amyl acetate instead. If this doesn't work, sponge with alcohol (test first). Hope This Works. (03/17/2006)
