I'm sorry, but if you have COPD you need to be asking this of your doctor, not from untrained people on the internet. If you were to receive the wrong advice, it could turn out very badly for you. I am a pharmacy tech and EMT. Way too often I have seen people suffer because of advice they took from someone else. COPD can too easily be aggravated by chemicals, and perfumes and such.
You can ask your doctor if he recommends eucalyptus oil
