| Using Coupons
I have been a staunch couponer for years. One year, I kept the money I that I saved and was able to buy a new washer and dryer at the end of the year. Two to five dollars a week at the grocery store adds up.

| Save More at the Store--With Coupons
By Cyndi Roberts
Even the most careful shopper can save even more money at the grocery store with coupons. If you shop once a week and use only $3.00 worth of coupons every week, that's $156.00 you will save in one year! But really smart shoppers will usually use more than $3.00 in coupons every week.

When using manufacturer's coupons at your favorite stores, if there is a place for your name and address on your coupon. Be sure to fill it out before redeeming it. It could either enter you in a sweepstakes or on the company's mailing list for future promotional offers.

| Saving Money with an Entertainment Book
I invested in an Entertainment Book. I received it from work for a discounted rate of 13.00. With two for one fast food saving, $5.00 off a $10.00 purchase at the bread store (I really load up on that one!), and 4 coupons for $5.00 off a 50.00 gift certificate at a local grocery store.

| Googling for Coupons
Before shopping online I find it best to google for a coupon on the store site I wish to visit. Such as typing in amazon.com coupon. Sometimes there is potential for great savings and better to know this beforehand then find it out after you checkout.

| Ultimate Coupon Shopper
I am also a coupon queen, there was a store in my area that would double any size coupons! Oh mercy! I had finally found coupon heaven, as not many stores in our area have double coupons of any kind. Sooooooooo I took every thing I had, and that was a lot, as I had just came back form a coupon convention in Lousiville KY. To make a long story short I had 971.00 dollars in merchandise and THEY paid me $51.00. This is true and I have the newpaper clipping to prove it.

| Double Coupon Days
When using coupons, find out if the store you shop at has a double coupon day. I went shopping a couple weeks ago on a double coupon day when it was also a 2 for 1 sale. Instead of paying $3.30 for 1 item, I paid $1.30 for 2 items. (One of the best deals yet.) I have also picked up a sale item on a double coupon day once and only had to pay the tax.

| Grocery Receipt Coupons
My grocery store (Safeway) offers a strip of coupons with the register receipt. Sometimes the cashiers forget to give the coupons to customers so the strips can get pretty long. I make sure to ask for mine when I pay, and sometimes on my way out I will see if the other registers have coupons that haven't been given out. Every time I ask, the cashier will give them to me.

| Save Coupons for Free Items
Here is a really good tip. When you get any kind of coupons for free items, save them for times when you really need them. Times like these would be when you are low on money and/or when there is no triple coupon sales going on at that time, for those who have stores near them that participate.
