Drink Lots of Water
With Summer not far away, I'd like to stress the importance of drinking enough water so you don't get dehydrated. A few years ago, had my husband have taken this advice, he'd have not had an emergency Dr's. appointment. But he got overheated at work, nearly passed out and had to be rushed to the Dr. (we don't have a hospital locally).

Natural Fiber - Kiwi As A Laxative
A family member went to the Dr. for a natural laxative. The Dr. said to eat a whole kiwi (peeling and all) every day. Not only would he be getting his fiber, but Vitamin C and potassium, as well as many other nutrients.
