Brown chopped onion in margarine. Brown ground beef; add rest of ingredients except potatoes and cheese. Pour into casserole; top with mashed potatoes and cheese.
Yummy main dish. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Rub chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic. Place breast-side up in large roasting pan. Brush with 3 Tbsp. butter.
Cook onion and pepper until clear, but not brown. Add rest of ingredients. Pour all into a well greased Pyrex (rectangle) dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Sprinkle a can of French-fried onions over the top of the casserole the last 5 minutes of baking.
I had throat cancer about 2 years ago. I went from 185 to 110. I did manage to get up to about 130-135 for awhile but that didn't last long. Any help? Thank you.
