One-Pot Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Ad
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta

Directions:

Combine tomatoes, chicken broth, oil and Italian seasoning in large saucepan, and bring to a boil. Add pasta. Simmer, covered, for 16-18 minutes or until tender, stirring twice. This is good with some Parmesan cheese added, to your taste.
