Organizing a Kid's Room Inexpensively

View of child's bookcase and storage bins.My son has a ton of toys and games and his room can be a "big" mess. He also has a lot of toys that are very small. Big toy boxes can make it hard to find the smaller toys, and to keep sets together, but kids' organizers in stores can be over $50! So I went to my local Dollar Tree, and for less than $10 I got enough different sized baskets and plastic containers to organize all his small toys. His favorite color is green so I got green containers. This makes it a lot easier for him to clean his room too, because he knows the farm animals go in the big basket, the blocks go in the big oval bowl, etc. And it looks neat, contemporary, and very organized!

This is a great idea! And if you have more than one child, you can buy 2 different colors!
