Outlet Stopped Working

I have an electrical outlet that does not work. However, there is power and the circuit breaker is fine and does not trip. Any suggestions?

We had this happen and had to replace the outlet. Call a professional and have them come in and do it for you if you do not know how to do it. (09/08/2010)
