Oven Baked Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp.butter
• 2/3 cup bisquick mix
• 1 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 whole chicken, cut up (about 3 pounds)

Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. In large bowl mix bisquick, paprika, salt, pepper. Mix well. Coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish. Bake 35 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake additional 15 minutes or till center is done.
