Oven Omelet

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Pour butter in 9x13 inch baking dish; tilt dish to coat bottom. In large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream milk and salt until well blended. Stir in onions; pour into prepared dish.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set but still moist. Cut into squares to serve.
