Oven Pizza Burgers

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. pork sausage
• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp. red pepper
• 1 med. onion

• 2 cans tomato paste (small)
• 12 English Muffins
• 12 slices cheddar cheese
• 12 slices Swiss cheese
• 12 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Take pork, hamburger, garlic salt red pepper grated med. onion and 2 small cans tomato paste and cook together. Simmer until done. Put on half English muffin.

Top with slice of cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Put other half of muffin on, heat in oven 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Can be wrapped in foil and frozen, heat 25-30 minutes when you take out of the freezer.
