PB & J Oatmeal

I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast to eat healthier. I have been adding ingredients to make it more flavorful and this is my favorite right now. It's so easy to make and even the kids will like this flavor. This is diabetic friendly and will make you feel full for hours.

I heard on the news how good berries are for all sorts of health issues, I am going to start adding this to our oatmeal, too. Thanks for you post, I was wondering how to incorporate them into our meals!

FYI, For those on Weight Watchers, if you use sugar, this recipe has an approximate value of 10 Points Plus points, using the recipe genie. But check it out for yourself.
