We are decorating our living room next year. I have seen a lovely tan leather settee and a creamy beige carpet. Can you suggest a colour to paint my feature wall and also colour for curtains.

The colors you're talking about are pretty neutral. Almost any color could be a feature wall. I favor red, green, blue or even yellow depending on what you like. As for the curtains, if they are not part of the feature wall, do them in the color of the feature wall
