I ordered a cosmetic from Korea on July 28th 2015 addressed to Bangalore India. It's been a month and I didn't receive the parcel. Generally it used to come in 20 days. I couldn't track it with the order number they have given me. Can anyone help me on this?

Who is "they" who gave you an order number? In the US, one can track orders using order numbers, etc., with the various delivery services, however, tracking orders out of the US is very difficult, to say the least. If you insured your package, you can file a claim for reimbursement. If not, you are probably out of luck.
