| Brand-New Grandson Rowan
Just wanted everybody to enjoy my brand-new grandson, Rowan. Swaddling a newborn really works to calm them. Their nervous systems aren't quite developed enough to self-soothe when their own arm and leg movements startle them.

| Buy Refills Of Baby Wipes To Save
To save money on hand wipes, buy the refill package of baby wipes. They are more moist and much thicker and you can get about eighty wipes for a little over a dollar. I do this on a regular basis and save a lot of money. Just put the wipes in a zip lock bag to carry with you!

| Freezing Baby Food In Ice Cube Trays
My son is just now starting to eat baby food. I am making my own but unsure how I should freeze it. I have been placing it in freezer bags but have noticed that other mothers have mentioned they put them in ice cube trays. Do you keep them in the ice cube trays or once it is frozen do you place it in bags. If any other advice can be given I would love to hear it.

| Mamaw's Tried and True Baby Products Reviews
Having two grandchildren, ages 2 and 6 months, has certainly taught me a lot about the newest products for babies. There are so much more to choose from than there were in my child raising days. To make buying for the new baby-to-be less stressful, I have compiled a list of products which have been "tried and true" and I would recommend for showers and gift-giving for the mother-to-be.

| Bath Bib for Bathing Babies
Keep yourself dry while giving your baby a bath by creating a large bib from a towel. Just fasten one end of the towel around your neck using a large safety pin and let the rest drape in front of you.

| Changing the Baby After His Nap
I always change the baby before he goes in for a nap. Instead of changing him when he wakes I wait 10 or 15 minutes. Babies don't tend to wet very much when they are sleeping, he is often fairly dry!
