Clear Candy Tubes for Small Toy Storage
A great way to organize and re-cycle while doing so. Those long clear tubes that candy (ex. M & M's) comes in provide great storage for small toy pieces and can make them more readily available for your child's play time.

Keep Track of Underwear Sizes With Dots
When you have 3,4, or more children all the same sex and close in age it can be difficult to keep underwear and socks sorted and in the correct drawers. We all know about"Hand-me-Downs". Dealing with them can be helpful if you use a permanent marker and put 1 dot it in the waistband or tag of the underwear for the oldest child.

Puffed Paint for Marking Underwear
If your underwear doesn't have sizing tags, it's a very good idea to label them yourself. It makes it easier for you to know where to place it, in which child's drawer it belongs.

Store Parenting Essentials in a Separate Backpack
I'm a mom of four young kids and I'm constantly packing a TON OF STUFF with me. When I started feeling like a pack mule in the grocery store, I decided I needed to do something different. I put the bare minimums into a smaller, nicer purse that I'm not embarrassed to carry around in public, and then I got a small backpack for everything else.

Give Each Child Their Own Color Dishes
I got tired of getting after my 4 kids when they wouldn't pick up after themselves in the kitchen, so found a company that sold unbreakable dishes. I bought each child their own set (a Mug, a small Plate and a Bowl) They all matched, but in 4 different colors.

Using Last Year's Calendar
Last year's calendar makes a great chore chart or reward chart for young kids. For example, to motivate a child for potty training, let them put a sticker or draw a star in one of the boxes each time they use the toilet. When they have filled up a month's worth of boxes, they get a prize.
