Toddler Toy Noise Control
A piece of duct tape securely sealed over the speaker holes will lower the decibels to a level that you can tolerate yet still be audible enough for the child who's playing with the toy.

Use Baby Dresses for Toddler Tunic Tops
Being the first girl out of five grandchildren, my daughter received a lot of dresses in her first year of life. Rather than wear them once and pass them on, we are re-using them as tunic tops, now that they are too small to wear as dresses.

Give Young Kids Ice Chips To Entertain Them When Eating Out
To keep young children occupied while eating out, order a bowl of ice chips. The kids pick them up one by one and eat them. They're so small that it's not a choking hazard and it keeps them quiet for quite some time and allows you to eat in peace and quiet

Cutting a Toddlers Hair
If a toddler of 21 months has a severe hair cut, ie all his curls, will his new growth of hair be straight or curly? Is it a good thing for toddlers to have their hair cut regularly in order for the hair to become thicker with each new growth? Thank you.

Replace Snaps With Velcro
Here is just a simple way to save a break out on your child or someone else. I went to Wal-Mart and bought some velcro, the little rounds ones. I place them over the snaps, in back of the snap that close to the body.

Enjoy a Peaceful Ride Home
Anyone who has to pick up their kids or grandkids from a childcare situation after work knows that the ride home can sometimes be filled with whining and complaining as the kids are tired and hungry.

How To Style A Toddler's Hair
In order for anyone to style my granddaughter's hair, we must occupy her mind with an activity. She loves to play in the water so my oldest granddaughter, pictured styling Hannah's hair, has filled the bathroom basin with water for Hannah to play in while she is getting her hair done for the day, whatever technique works.

Save Wrappers To Placate Toddlers
I was a single mom with a baby that was 2. Some days, he would only eat McDonald's cheeseburgers. Being a mom, if that worked and I felt he had to eat; I was not about to be the bad person, I would get him that cheeseburger.

Cutie Caddie For Little Girl's Toiletries
My 5 year old daughter has a great deal of "Things" that we use while she is getting ready for bed and getting ready for school. We were constantly running up and down stairs, in and out of the bathroom and everywhere to get her ready. No more!
