Garbanzo Beans for Baby Finger Food
As the mother of a teenager, an 11-month old, and the owner of a home medical transcription service, I stay pretty busy, and I'm always looking for shortcuts. One thing I do to save some time (and mess) is give the baby finger foods for some of her meals.

Use Small Portions On A Large Plate For Picky Eaters
If your child is a poor eater, put their child size portion on a big dinner plate. That way it looks like you're only asking them to eat a little bit.

How to Avoid Eating Nuts
I was just told by my Pediatrician that my 3 year old son is allergic to peanuts, peanut butter and to avoid all tree nuts. I know that starting in January, all food and candy companies have to list all 8 allergy ingredients on their packaging.
