I decided to recycle old scratched up or non-useable CD's. So I made these into centerpieces and cake toppers and sell them for extra money. Each one is different and one of a kind or sometimes I have doubles of some figurines.
I am planning a baby shower for a very close friend. We want the table centerpieces to be something that can be used by anyone. Any suggestions? We will be giving the centerpiece at each table as a prize for someone to take home.
I made topiaries using silk flowers in the school colors. (Real flowers would be great too.) The silks had long, thick stems and I tied them 3/4 of the way to the blooms with ribbon in a school color also. Used a decorative pot, put small rocks in the bottom (for weight) and a small block of floral or styrofoam to hold flowers, then finished pot off with moss.
I need ideas on how to make a table centerpiece using balloons without helium. What can I use to make them stand and to keep them weighed down? Please help.
I had to make centerpieces for an athletic banquet. Our school colors are purple and gold. I made 40 centerpieces for less than $200. I bought ornament stands (brass ) off ebay in bulk. I found purple star ornaments (with flecks of gold) at a pottery store.
