Most of us end up with Christmas cards left in the box because we don't send them all out and we don't usually like to send the same cards out the next year, so each year a friend of mine tapes a letter on the front door of all the apartments in her complex. She invites everyone to the clubhouse for a Card Swapping Party.
I need some ideas for a Christmas party for our SS class at church, most of class are senior citizen age. Ideas for games, decorations etc. will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
I LOVE cookies so when I saw a book by Gooseberry Patch on Cookie Swaps I was in HEAVEN! There are MANY ways you can do your party. I set the date and just asked all my guest to bring a BIG batch of there favorite cookies (try to see what kind they are making so you don't end up with all one kind).
Each year I am in charge of our department's christmas party. And each year I have done little table favors for each person attending (generally around 100). One year I did candy canes wrapped with a napkin around the silverware, last year I did candy canes decorated to look like reindeer.
