Having a Costume Birthday Party Other Than at Halloween
Okay, I didn't get to dress up for Halloween this year and my 17th birthday is at the end of November. Is it OK to have a costume party still? I don't want to be a freak.

Shepherd Costume For Church
My church is getting ready for our Night In Bethlehem. I had asked last year for thoughts on costuming and got great remarks. I looked great, but now this year I will be a shepherd--which I want to do. Any ideas on how to make a water bag that looks like real animal skin?

Place in Charlotte, NC to Buy Masquerade Masks
Where can I send my guests to find their masquerade masks? I live in Charlotte, NC and I am interested in finding a location where my guests can make their own masks or buy one but in different varieties.

Throwing a Costume Ball Party
My birthday falls on Halloween and for my 30th next year, I wanted to have a ball (like the royal families have) but I don't know how to go about it. I know I need time planning and my friends are willing to help but I need guidance.
