New England Corned Beef Dinner

St Patrick's Day Glazed Lime Bars
When St Paddy's Day is over you can, of course, still make the lime bars or you can easily switch out the limes for lemons and have lemon bars instead ;-)
Don't forget Soda Bread served with honey and a glass of Irish cream or Irish Coffee to tipple, too. Happy St. Paddy's Day!

St. Patrick's Day is a great day for a party, besides all the wonderful St. Paddy's day parades you can go to. It is the day that every one is Irish. So this year why not celebrate with a small party with friends and family.

These two great recipes can replace a costly corned beef and cabbage supper for your St. Patrick's Day Dinner, or maybe you are just tired of corned beef and cabbage. This is a hearty soup with sandwich idea that may become a hit with your family.
You don't have to be Irish to have fun on St. Patrick's Day. Why not surprise your family with a meal all made of green foods!
Have a little "green" fun with the following activities: Make irish Toast, Make Shamrock Pancakes, Make Construction Paper Shamrocks, Make Leprechaun Traps, and Blarney Stones.
