In a double dish melt the chocolate chips. Stir so it won't burn till they melt. In another dish put the 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water; stir and heat until the sugar melts. It makes the "simple syrup".

It can be used for Passover and kids love it. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place matzos on prepared baking sheet.
