- 1 (12-16 oz.) box tri-colored pasta
- Sliced or shredded red onions
- 1 sliced, unpeeled cucumber
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 1/4 cups cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. dill weed
Mix in blender and pour over salad. Chill.
This recipe is great for summer picnics and cookouts because it is oil based. Everyone always raves over this dish. Enjoy!
