I wish to make a correction. The portions are one part pepper, one part garlic powder, and two parts salt, this would be: 1 cup salt, 1/2 cup pepper and 1/2 cup garlic powder. When I make it, I use 1/3 cup of each to cut the salt down a bit.

I looked at several of Paula's recipes on the food network site and they say:

House Seasoning:

1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder

Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

The only change I would make but then it wouldn't be Paula's, is the amount of salt. It seems like an awful lot of salt so I, myself, would cut back on the salt but that's up to you.
