Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 Tbsp. milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 1/2 cup flour
• 2 tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• Chocolate Kisses

Directions

Cream together shortening, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar; add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour, soda and salt; mix well. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place a chocolate kiss on top of cookie. Return to oven for a few minutes.
