Information About Shih Tzu Dogs
Do shih tzus have to be groomed, and if so, how often? Also, do they grow up to be very big? Anyone know average weight and size, or height? Also, how cute are they as adults?

Male Shitzu Peeing in the House
Male Shitzu Peeing in the House. My 2 year old Shitzu pees everywhere, mostly when nobody is home. My Lapsa/poodle female does not behave this way. I am tired of telling him not do it because he doesn't care. Any advice?

Shih Tzu With Food Allergies
Shih Tzu With Food Allergies. I have a 2 year old Shih-Tzu with what I believe is food allergies. She's been on a commercial 'allergy' diet of fish and sweet potato. After two years,.. I'm seeing a relapse of scratching and itching.

Breed Information: Shih Tzu
By Ellen Brown
Shih Tzus have compact, sturdy bodies with long flowing double coats and long facial hair. Considered a sacred animal in its native China, the nimble Shih Tzu was once described as having a lively gait 'like a goldfish.' Bright and expressive, this breed excels at what it was bred for-companionship.

Shitzu Breathing Problems
I know a lot of you ThriftyFunFans have Shitzu's. We have two... One of ours makes this funny noise like he can't breath from time to time. We just try to get him to calm down and it eventually goes away. Does anybody know why they do that?
