My garden plants are all situated rather close to my home, as it has no outdoor spigot. I discovered a great way to water and feed my plants at the same time!
I have 2 air stones in my aquarium. In one of them the bubbles are coming kind of intermittently, getting fewer and fewer. What can I do about this? The air stones are only about a week old.
As an avid aquarium hobbyist, I am always trying to find ways to save money while making a great home for my fish. I have several tips that I would love to use here:
I have a 29 gallon tank for fresh water fish. I think they are tetras. One died so now I have 6 baby fish and one older one. I don't know if it is the mother. I have had these fish for three weeks my question is what should I do now?
I have to mention what good pets Bettas make. They are the fighting fish you buy in the little jars at the pet store. Of course, they need bigger bowls to be happy, like a goldfish bowl or a little bitty tank you can buy for a couple of bucks at Walmart.
I bought a new fish for my Red Mickey Mouse fish because he seemed lonely. He is happier now but the new platy is always at the bottom. I bought a new heater and the temp. is at 76F. He still won't come up from the bottom. I know he is alive cause he is still swimming, but what can I do to get him to come up from the bottom? I have a 10 gallon tank with 4 fish and a ghost shrimp.
