| Fall Themed Caramel Apple Party Favors
|
 I made these caramel apples as a party favor for my step daughter's baby shower. I made 24. It took about 2 1/2 hours from the first unwrapped caramel to the dressed up favor. These would be also nice for a fall themed bridal shower or wedding favor.

 This is a photo of a Goodie Bag I created for my son's Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Party in May. I was going to go the normal route and buy those cheesy little plastic goodie bags but with all the items I wanted to give the kids, I thought they were too small and easily punctured.

| Two Scarecrows

 This is kind of a joke, but not really. I had these pictures, sent to me after the death of my mother. This one was of my dad, after putting together a scare crow, at the beginning of decorations for an autumn harvest party at their church. By the way, dad is on the left.

| Use Wading Pools to Keep Food Cold

 I want to share how our family utilized a small place to set out food at our family reunion! We have a large family so we needed all the room we could get! We used 2 children's small swimming pools that we purchased at Walmart, I think it was $4.88 each.

 At my first grandchild's shower I did the guest book table with a few balloons and framed scrapbook pages, one of the parents when they were babies, one of the grandparents and one of the great grandparents.

 Everyone's family has someone that's living in a nursing home. My mother-in-law's nursing home recently had a beauty pageant for the residents. They had their hair done, got to dress up with jewelery and make-up.

| Baby Shower Decorating Ideas

 Instead of the traditional "decorate the mommy to be's chair," I decided to decorate a whole table for the Mommy and Daddy to be. First, we made a balloon archway above the table. I covered the table with a pretty tablecloth with Baby written all over it.

 Bowling parties for birthday parties are fun for the whole family. My niece lives near a bowling alley in her town. Her house has become too small to have everyone over. She organizes bowling parties for her 2 boys birthdays.
