I am having a pool party for my birthday. Everyone is around the age of 14 and I have not a clue what to do. I mean we have got like party food and cake, but I am not sure as the party goes for 3 hours.

I went to a pool party that had a pool area scavenger hunt. The trick was the hints were frozen inside little plastic bottles inside a block of ice. People were jumping in an out of the pool trying to break open the ice chunks. The prize for the winners was first choice on the cake pieces, the losers had to serve as waiters for the winners. This was fun because the winning team kept making up little things they needed like salt, napkins, drink refills, the entire party:)
We also played limbo, which is a classic. They played tropical music, which really set the tone. It was surprising how competitive everyone was. They had a female winner with the prize of a plastic tiara, and the male winner got a scepter. Of course, pics of the Royal Limbo Rulers were hilarious using towels draped over their shoulders as luxurious robes. And again the losers were all considered 'subjects' of the Rulers, and had to attend their every whim.
