- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3 slices bread, soak in water
- 3 Tbsp. rice, uncooked
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all except tomatoes. Make into small balls; brown in skillet. Pour tomatoes over them and simmer for 1 hour.
