- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients; top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/2 cup margarine. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
