Potato Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1/2 cup vinegar

• pinch salt
• a little mustard

Directions:

Cook until thick, thin with cream until smooth but not thick or too thin. Just until good consistency for potato salad.
