- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
- 2 cups milk
Saute' chopped onion in butter. Add salt, pepper, celery salt, and potatoes. Stir in 2 cups hot milk; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. This recipe makes 6 servings.
