Prevent Mold On Cheese With Vinegar

First dampen paper towel with apple cider vinegar then wrap around the block of cheese. Then wrap in foil and place in zipper type baggie.

This will keep the cheese for a couple of months without getting mold. The vinegar does not leave a taste on the cheese.

I vacuum seal my opened cheeses, they last for months or longer. I slice the sealed edge off, cut the amount of cheese I need and reseal.

I squeeze all the air out of bag and roll up in same store bought bag. I mean take out cheese, squeeze air out, roll up bag, and snap bag closed. It last a long time.
